I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Paris Palais De L'Elysee and was quite impressed overall. The staff was really good, particularly Steve, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. However, the room was small and lacked sufficient storage space, which made unpacking challenging. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Elysees, making exploring the city very convenient.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Paris Elysees was mostly enjoyable, but I did have some hiccups. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk to the Champs Elysees. The staff were friendly and attentive, really made me feel welcomed. However, my room was a bit small and I faced some issues with the shower flow and a hairdryer that smelled weird, which was a bit concerning.

The staff were genuinely helpful, always smiling and eager to assist. They provided personalized attention, remembering my name during breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, I did face some issues once when seeking help with the shower.

The hotel's location was fantastic, super close to the Metro and major attractions-really made it easy to get around the city on foot or by taxi. I loved how quiet the area was after a day of sightseeing.

Breakfast was definitely a highlight with lots of traditional French options like pastries and cheese. I indulged a little too much! However, the price was a bit steep which could deter some budget travelers.

I had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Paris Palais De L'Elysee. The staff was super friendly, especially Steeve, who went above and beyond to make our stay nice. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Elysees, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. However, the room was a bit small for my liking, and the WiFi could be better.

The room was clean and had a lovely French door-style window, though a bit on the smaller side. It was functional, but not overly spacious for more than a short stay.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Paris Palais De L'Elysee was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Champs-Elysees and the Seine, which made exploring the city easy. However, the noise from the busy streets was a significant downside, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, while the staff were mostly polite, my interactions with one receptionist left something to be desired. Overall, I think this hotel has potential, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. 😕

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The king-sized bed took up most of the space, so it lacked storage options for my belongings.
Service
5.0
The service I received was a mix. While some staff, like Michael, were attentive, I encountered a rude reception staff member that marred my experience. Efficiency was present, but friendliness was lacking at times.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent, just minutes away from the Champs-Elysees and a metro station, making it a great base for exploring Paris. I loved how everything I needed was within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast options overpriced and unappealing, which led me to skip it. Thankfully, there was a good boulangerie nearby offering delicious pastries.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel's amenities were decent, with clean rooms and efficient check-in/out processes. However, the cramped bathroom and limited space were not ideal.
